In recent years, serious air pollution problems have attracted the attention of the public, and everyone is paying more and more attention to air quality. Although air pollution has natural factors, it is more caused by human factors, mainly caused by the continuous emission of smoke, dust and exhaust gas into the atmosphere by industry, transportation and human life. Therefore, practical measures should be adopted to strictly control the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere. Take the petrochemical industry as an example to briefly talk about flue gas pollution under the mining network.

The petrochemical industry, especially the petroleum refining process, will produce a certain amount of toxic and harmful smoke and dust. There are three sources of these smoke and exhaust gases:

1. Fuel combustion, such as exhaust gas from internal combustion engine equipment, flue gas from heating furnaces, and pulverized coal combustion flue gas from thermal power plants in oil fields and refineries;

2. In the process of oil and gas development, gathering and transportation, storage and processing, gas volatilized, discharged or leaked from wellheads, gas leaked from oil pipelines and oil tanks, non-condensable gas, produced by the production equipment of oil refineries and petrochemical plants Release gas and reaction by-product gas, as well as odor and harmful gas emitted during waste water and other waste treatment and transportation;
3. Gas waste (paint and paint volatiles, etc.). From machinery factories and other processing plants (pipeline stations, etc.)) attached to oil and gas companies.
Petroleum processing equipment usually has a processing capacity of one million tons, so the exhaust gas emissions are large, the pollutant composition is complex, the types are diverse, and the emissions are concentrated. The pollutants emitted can be detected at a distance of 2 kilometers from the production plant. The regeneration flue gas discharged from the catalytic cracking unit of an oil refinery contains dust, hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide. Since the discharge height is generally about 100 meters, the pollutant diffusion range is relatively large.
As oil refining is a high-energy-consuming industry, energy saving and consumption reduction and improving economic efficiency have become the goals pursued by oil refining companies. For the flue gas of the combustion furnace, the combustion of the heating furnace can be understood through the analysis of the flue gas composition, so as to optimize the operating conditions and make the fuel reach the best combustion value; for the analysis of the catalyst combustion flue gas, the flue gas composition can be calculated The hydrocarbon ratio of the catalyst, understand the coking condition of the catalyst, and optimize the device based on these data to obtain the best economic benefits. Therefore, flue gas analysis is a very important technical indicator in the refining industry.
