The winter in northern my country is long and the temperature is very low. Therefore, central heating is needed to ensure people's normal life. With the continuous expansion of the scale of cities, the laying of urban heating pipelines has become wider and wider, which has also led to endless failures of heating pipelines. And due to the obstacles and restrictions of various unfavorable factors, it has brought many adverse effects to the laying of heating pipelines in the north.

At the same time, because the direct-buried heating pipeline has the characteristics of many pipe connection points, many pipeline accessories, and difficult maintenance, the direct-buried heating pipeline has frequent accidents, and it is difficult to quickly find the leakage point after the problem occurs, causing a large amount of energy loss. Therefore, when laying directly buried heating pipes, the laying quality should be strictly controlled to ensure the safety of regional heating.
In addition, because underground heating pipelines are buried in the ground, long-term lack of detection and frequent leakage of underground heating pipelines not only affect people's travel and life, but also greatly waste social resources.
Although it is possible to install detection equipment underground, it is not easy to detect micro-leakage of underground heating pipes, especially in an environment of tens of degrees below zero. There are two main reasons:

First, the temperature is low, and the battery and the detection device in the detection instrument will not work normally or cannot work when working in an environment of tens of degrees below zero;

Second, the communication of information is not smooth. Because the pipeline is several meters underground, the radio waves are severely absorbed by the earth and cannot send out signals, that is, the detected signals cannot be sent to the detection equipment at the end of the road.
This requires finding a more effective and economical pipeline leak detection technology. The heat flow sensor is a quantitative detection instrument for heat transfer process and an important tool for measuring heat transfer and evaluating heat transfer performance. The Japanese EKO heat flow sensor HF-30S is suitable for the direct measurement of the heat flow inside the material and the measurement of the radiation flow of the refrigerant. The heat flow sensor has three heat conduction modes: heat conduction, heat radiation and heat flow. If the heat flow sensor is placed on the surface of the material, the heat flow sensor HF-30S will test the sum of these three modes of heat. If the sensor is placed inside the material, it directly measures the heat transfer generated by thermal conduction.
