Pressure sensors are used in many industries, especially industry. However, the industry usually requires the pressure sensor to be corrosion-resistant. Therefore, the joint and cavity of the pressure sensor are generally made of imported stainless steel, which has high corrosion resistance and good attenuation performance.

Once the pressure sensor is found to be incompatible with the medium during use, the sensor needs to be replaced immediately. Special materials or special structures can be used to measure some special media. The pressure sensor will definitely be widely used in the future. The following is a brief introduction to the selection of pressure sensors.
When selecting a pressure sensor, its comprehensive accuracy should be considered. The accuracy of the pressure sensor is mainly affected by the following conditions:
Offset error: Since the vertical offset of the pressure sensor remains constant throughout the pressure range, changes in transducer diffusion and laser adjustment and correction will produce offset errors.

Sensitivity error: The error generated is proportional to the pressure. If the sensitivity of the device is higher than the typical value, the sensitivity error will be an increasing function of pressure. If the sensitivity is lower than the typical value, the sensitivity error will be a decreasing function of pressure, and the error is caused by changes in the diffusion process.
Linearity error: This is a factor that has little effect on the initial error of the pressure sensor. The reason for this error is the physical non-linearity of the silicon chip, but for the sensor with amplifier, the non-linearity of the amplifier should also be included. The linear error curve can be a concave curve or a convex curve.
